Absolutely! This is highly recommended! We will email you a printable certificate you can present to your loved one.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. We will email you early July to inform you of your first bouquet delivery date.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 20 km of our farm. In and around Exeter, Crediton, Mt. Carmel and Grand Bend.
How long will my flowers last?
Many of our flowers last for 7-10 days, or more. Ranunculus, lisianthus and eucalyptus last for 10-12 days! Sunflowers, snapdragons and zinnias last 7-10 days. Dahlias, put on a spectacular show, but have the shortest vase life of 5 days.
How do I care for my flowers?
Fill your vase with water and add 1/2 the packet of flower food. After 3 days, trim stems an inch, fill vase with clean water and add the remainder of the flower food.
What happens if I can’t pick up my bouquet (away on vacation, sports activities)?
Please arrange for a family member or friend to pick up your bouquet.
Can I cancel my 8-week flower delivery order and get a refund?
We plan our planting and harvesting schedules around 8-week flower delivery orders placed by customers. Refunds will only be provided up to 2 weeks after your purchase.
