How does a bouquet subscription work?
You choose your subscription season (Sweet Spring, Sensational Summer, Fabulous Fall or All Season Pass). Pre-pay on our website or e-transfer: [email protected]. We email you the dates your bouquets are ready for pick up.
Where do I pick up my bouquets each Saturday?
At Country Gal Flower Farm Roadside Stand OR Ace County Store (Exeter) on Saturdays 9-12. After you order, we will contact you via email asking your preferred location for pick up. Please pick up your bouquets at the location you have chosen.
PRO TIP: Bring a large mug/mason jar 1/3 filled with water to transport your bouquet home.
Do you sell Business Bouquet Subscriptions?
Yes! Business Bouquet Subscriptions include all 3 seasons. Your company must have a business name, business address and business hours for delivery. Business Bouquet Subscription fee includes delivery and vase fee of $8/week.
How many Saturday bouquets will I pick-up?
Sweet Spring has 3 bouquets. We will email you the exact Saturday dates your bouquets will be ready for pick up.
Sensational Summer has 6 bouquets. We will email you the exact Saturday dates your bouquets will be ready for pick up.
Fabulous Fall has 4 bouquets. We will email you the exact Saturday dates your bouquets will be ready for pick up.
ALL Season Pass has 13 bouquets in total. Perfect for having hostess and weekend family birthday celebrations!
How long will my bouquets last?
You buy flowers because they bring joy to your spaces! Naturally, you want your blooms to have the longest vase life possible. Your blooms receive post-harvest care to ensure longer vase life.
Many of our flowers last for 7-10 days or more. Tulips last 7-10 days. Ranunculus and Lisianthus last the longest at 10-12 days. Sunflowers, snapdragons and zinnias last 7-10 days. Our late summer favourites, dahlias, put on a spectacular show, but have the shortest vase life of 5 days. The initial enjoyment more than makes up for a day or two less in the vase!
When you get home, fill your vase with water and add 1/2 the packet of flower food. After 3 days, trim stems an inch, fill vase with clean water and add the remainder of the flower food.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email for your purchase. We receive your order and prepare your bouquets for your subscriptions dates.
What happens if I can’t pick up my bouquet? Away on vacation, sports activities, etc…
Please arrange for a family member or friend to pick up your bouquet.
What happens if I don’t pick up my bouquet?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, bouquets not picked up by customers will be donated. They will not be saved until the following day.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
We plan our planting and harvesting schedules around customers bouquet subscriptions. Subscription purchases will only be refunded up to 2 weeks after purchase.
